Wake up to an ocean sunrise from this beautiful beachside apartment. This spacious and family friendly accommodation features high ceilings, and an open-plan lounge/dining that flows onto a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment offers a self contained three bedroom apartment with separate entrance. It is attached to our private home and as such we are available should you have any questions or requests.

The spacious general living space incorporates a lounge, dining areas and a well equipped kitchen. Sit back on the lounge and watch the sunrises and moonrises over the ocean. Stroll to the beach for the ocean pool, playground, and more than 20 cafes and restaurants. Venture by foot, car, or bus to Manly Beach, where you can cool down with a swim and a bite to eat. From the airport there is a Northern Beaches shuttle bus that will drive you to the apartment. This is the most economically way to travel if you have a group of more than two people. There is a bus close to the apartment that can take you to Manly, from here there is a highly recommended ferry that takes you directly into the city, this is a spectacular way to see Sydney Harbour.

It really was divine. The views from the windows - on one side Dee Why beach and on the other further out to sea, both beautiful. The beds were comfortable, like your own home comfort and not awful hotel beds. There was an excellent kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook from the apartment. Everything was clean and tidy, a very well presented apartment. Loved it. Thank you so much.

Jan’s place is truly a paradise! If you want to enjoy stunning ocean views from the comfort of a cozy couch, this is the perfect spot. The beach is just a street away, offering a lovely walk, with restaurants and a park nearby. The house is impeccably clean, and the linens feel just like home. Absolutely love this place!

If we could give 6 stars for location, we would. Jan’s place is a short stroll from the beach with ocean glimpses from the living room. We loved the large sofa, comfortable beds, big dining table, work desk and well-equipped kitchen. We also loved the convenient check in and check out process. Manly Wharf is only a 15 minute drive from Jan’s and place.

We had a fantastic stay at Jan’s beautiful upstairs apartment! Jan was such a lively and friendly host, making us feel right at home. The apartment has stunning ocean views, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was so peaceful. The space was perfect for our group of 3 adults, 2 children, and a baby. The kids especially loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the availability of a porta cot. The apartment was well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, and all the essentials we needed. It’s also in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The only small challenge was parking during peak beach hours when the weather was gorgeous, but it didn’t impact our stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful views of the ocean from 2 aspects - saw migrating whales a couple of times from the comfort of the lounge. Very close to local amenities - definitely walkable. Apartment was well equipped and spacious for a family of 4. Host was very responsive. Would recommend.

We will be back!! The location was perfect. Jan was so helpful and lovely. The place was clean, peaceful, close to everything we needed, and allowed us all to take a much needed deep breath after spending nine days in the hospital with our daughter who had a ruptured appendix during our time back in Australia. This home provided us the peace and space we needed before the long trek back to the US and it was close to family in Dee Why, so we were all able to enjoy our time together. I can't thank Jan enough for her hospitality. It was exactly what the doctor ordered!

We had an enjoyable and easy stay at Dee Why. The property was clean, tidy and as described. Access was easy as was dealing with Jan. great quiet location just metres from the cafes, beach and the beach pools. Our family of 5 loved our stay in Dee Why. Would certainly be keen to stay again in the future.

We loved our stay! The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-appointed. And the bunk bed room was the kids’ favorite! We could hear the ocean from our rooms and were just a quick walk away from the beach and restaurants/cafes. Jan was always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location close to beach and restaurants. Public transport just around the corner! We really enjoyed staying here! We had a friend group of 8. So heres +/- for this kind of group! +bedrooms were nice even the one with bunk beds +ac and airflow +big living area combined with kitchen was perfect for us +kitchen had everything we needed +downstairs next to outdoor had washer and dryer +easy keyless access -trash bins outside were maybe a bit small for 8 of us but host was helpfull -only one bathroom for 8 adults is a bit of a hustle in the mornings

There are so many activities to do on foot, however, if you are planning on catching public transport there is a bus stop on the next corner that can see you off to Manly wharf and beyond.
